Merry Christmas From Me!

Holly Leaves

So that time is drawing ever closer again, with just seven short days until the mayhem kicks off (at least in my house anyway). In a complete break with tradition though I’m totally prepared! I started buying presents for my kids back in October, and got the last few a week ago - and I’ve even got the wrapping paper… :D

I thought I’d better do my thing for the environment this year, so I’m sending a digital card to everyone, instead of consuming hundreds of trees worth of paper that will only get thrown away in a couple of weeks!

If you’ve commented on my blog since it launched, or read my posts - or even if you’ve only lurked via a feed reader - then this is for you. Make sure you turn up your speakers and then…

Click here for your festive greetings!

Have a great Christmas and an even better New Year! Here’s hoping that 2008 is filled with everything you wish for.

Did you design that card yourself, Paul? Very well done and beautiful. And who is it singing/wishing Merry Xmas in the background? ;-)
I also started buying presents for my daughter in October, but finished only couple of days ago ;-)
Merry Christmas to you and your family! Best wishes to you and your blog in the new year!

Thanks Paul mate - charming perhaps, but totally crap when it comes to going out and playing pool with his friends! ;)

    You’re welcome Toni! :)

Yes Vivien, the image was created using e-Frontier’s Poser software, then manipulated a little in Photoshop, and then animated in Flash itself. The voiceover was created for me by a friend of mine, who runs a professional audio production company!

I found it quite hard to stop buying presents for the kids too! I’m sure they’ve got more than normal this year, simply because I was buying for longer… I stopped when I ran out of money though! ;)
