It took two years to get rid of one client that I told straight out please take your site elsewhere or pay me on time. I never had any further miscommunication till new management took over. I suspended, got paid and told them to go away. I am a professional, I expect a certain level of input from my clients and if they don't follow through, I dump them. I once met someone who told me that a Dyslexic charity had done research which showed that dyslexic people find Comic Sans one of the easiest fonts to read.
